Why we built it
If you are looking for a job
You apply, you prepare, you pay for courses, and still nobody tells you why you were turned down. We measure you against the role you want and show the one thing to work on next.
If you are hiring
CVs look alike, first rounds take weeks, and a weak hire shows up months later. We measure every applicant the same way, so you can see who fits before your team spends hours.
Both problems come from the same gap: nobody measures what a person can actually do. So we built one engine for both sides.
